Returns & Exchange policy
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• All tags must still be attached to the unworn item/s
• Items must not contain any evidence of wear or damage, stains or odors.
• Underwear or swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned it’s considered an intimate item and is a final sale
Exchange: Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at your D&A shop we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels within 15 days
Refund; We will accept returns within 15 days and offer full refund to your original payment method on all full priced items from the date of your delivery. Please note; returns are only accepted for online purchases.

Once your returned merchandise has arrived at our facilities, we will refund or dispatch your exchange within 2-3 business days. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Shipping
How is the Holiday delivery?
Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be dispatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day. -
Delivery
For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs, should any be incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase, we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays are not fun for anyone, so we will do our best to make it quick.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our team members. Please note, this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours (about 2 days) for shipments to be dispatched.
Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we will make sure to leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged by our carrier.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Your D&A shop items purchased is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, D&A Shop will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
